Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your order, that's what it's all about for us. If you're not happy within the first 30 days of your purchase, as long as the item is in the same condition you received it, we'll take it back no questions asked (no restocking fees or any of that nonsense). If it's been more than 30 days, we'll work something out.

Due to the challenges of international shipping, we are not able to offer returns or exchanges on international orders at this time.

US ORDERS: Since we offer free US shipping on all of our items, we do ask that you pay for the return shipping. If you're exchanging an item, we'll cover the second leg of the journey. Please use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance on all returns and exchanges.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We want to serve as many people as possible, so we offer heavily discounted flat rate shipping to Europe and Asia. If you find that your country is not available during checkout, send us an email and we'll see what we can do.

CUSTOMS, TAXES, DUTIES, ETC: Please note that you will be responsible for all customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges by your local government. The fees are assessed on arrival in your country and we don't receive any of this money. Since duties and taxes will vary by country (and are specific to the item that was ordered) we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information.

Once your return item is received, we'll send you a confirmation email. If all is good, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take a few days to appear on your account; contact your credit card or bank for updates.
